Rules and Policies

Cancellations: Life happens, and we understand things need to be rescheduled! We kindly ask that you provide us with atleast 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel your cleaning. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of half of the cleaning originally booked.

100% Satisfaction Guarentee: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarentee on all of our cleaning services! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, we will return within one day to rectify your concerns at no charge!

Insurance and Bond: Zippy Bees will always maintain active insurance and bond, to protect you in the rare event that something does happen!

Clean Equipment: All supplies and equipment brought into your home or space will be sanitized and cleaned prior to entering your premise! We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment! If you prefer, we can use your vacuum if it is in good working order 🙂

Pets and children: As much as we love pets and children, having them around while we are cleaning could create unsafe conditions for all. We ask that they are in other rooms while we are cleaning.

Payment methods: Accepted methods of payments are cash, cheque, and etransfer.

Respect and safe conditions: At Zippy Bees, we value respect and will always treat everyone and their space with the utmost respect. We also ask for the same courtesy, and hold the right to refuse working with disrespectful individuals and unsafe working conditions.
